Angstrom Testing Services LLC provides independent environmental testing and investigation services throughout Manhattan and New York City. Services include mold inspections and testing, asbestos surveys and sampling, lead paint and lead dust testing, indoor air quality assessments, VOC and formaldehyde testing, secondhand tobacco smoke infiltration investigations, thirdhand smoke residue testing, mercury vapor testing, water quality testing, and other specialized environmental investigations. 

Angstrom is led by Paul J. Scardino, CIH, QEP, a Certified Industrial Hygienist and Qualified Environmental Professional. Angstrom serves residential, commercial, institutional, real estate, legal, and property-management clients. The firm provides independent testing and consulting and does not perform remediation or abatement, helping maintain separation between environmental assessment and corrective work.
