GenuineClass helps small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and independent professionals build an effective online presence. Founded in 2001 by Eileen Mullin, this New York City-based business combines thoughtful design, technical expertise, and ongoing support.

Services include new Web sites and redesigns; WordPress, Squarespace, and Shopify development; search engine optimization; Google Ads and Google Ad Grants management; analytics; online forms and payment integration; and Web site maintenance, security, and troubleshooting.

Clients work directly with Eileen throughout their projects, from planning and content organization through design, development, launch, and ongoing updates. Her approach focuses on understanding each organization’s goals and creating a site that serves its audience and is manageable to maintain.

Before founding GenuineClass, Eileen held leadership roles at IBM and Merrill Lynch. She is the author of five technical books. GenuineClass was named to Expertise.com’s list of Best Web Designers in New York City for 2026, its fifth consecutive year of recognition.
