e.terra Kitchen is a flexible commercial kitchen located in Harlem, New York City. We provide fully equipped, health department–permitted, state-of-the-art commercial kitchens available 24/7 for food entrepreneurs, CPG brands, caterers, meal prep companies, food trucks, bakers, and specialty food producers.

Our services include shared commercial kitchen rentals, private production suites, overnight large-scale production shifts, business support, U.S. market entry strategy, and operational growth advisory. We help food and beverage businesses launch, scale production, expand distribution, and increase capacity—without the overhead of building their own facility.

Through our sister company, Maiden Voyage Catering (MVC), a woman-owned catering operation, we offer full-service catering, corporate catering, event production, and white-glove culinary support across NYC, Westchester, Long Island, and Northern New Jersey. MVC specializes in brand activations, media launches, film and television production catering, nonprofit galas, private events, and high-end corporate experiences.
