2024 Annual Meeting + Holiday Reception

Description


The Chamber’s Annual Meeting + Holiday Reception brings together a large cross-section of Chamber members and non-members – business leaders, government officials, and community stakeholders – at one of our biggest (and most fun!) networking events of the year. 

We are thrilled to announce that this year’s event will be held at the Hard Rock Café in the heart of Times Square.

6:00 pm - Doors open. Guests enjoy music, a food buffet and an open bar of beer/wine/soda. 

6:45 pm - Program starts.

  • Presentation on the Chamber's impact in 2024 and its plans for 2025
  • Elected officials and high-ranking policymakers make brief remarks
  • Complimentary raffle for Southwest Airlines tickets (must be present to win)

7:10 pm - Program concludes. Music resumes and the networking/holiday reception start! 

  • Food buffet and open bar of beer/wine/soda still available

9:00 pm - Event concludes.
